Luton Barn is among a cluster of buildings dating from the 15th century in the hamlet of Luton. To the south lies Payhembury, a typical Devon village, and to the north, the thatched village of Broadhembury. Two miles to the east are the magnificent earthworks of Hembury Hill with stunning views over the Otter valley to the south and Dartmoor to the west. The market town of Honiton with its many antique shops is just six miles away.
An attractive breakfast room is adjacent with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Finally there is a shower room with a large shower giving a copious supply of hot water.
Your

mornings, in the courtyard Your hosts are Jane and John Shoebridge; Jane, a former dress designer, and John, a retired design engineer.
