Luton Barn is among a cluster of buildings dating from the 15th century in the hamlet of Luton. To the south lies Payhembury, a typical Devon village, and to the north, the thatched village of Broadhembury. Two miles to the east are the magnificent earthworks of Hembury Hill with stunning views over the Otter valley to the south and Dartmoor to the west. The market town of Honiton with its many antique shops is just six miles away.

Our B&B accommodation is a self contained annexe to the main building with a private entrance and a parking space immediately outside the door. It has a bed/sitting room furnished to a high standard with twin or double beds, comfortable chairs and TV Also provided are an ironing board, steam iron, hair dryer and trouser press.

An attractive breakfast room is adjacent with fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. Finally there is a shower room with a large shower giving a copious supply of hot water. 

Your breakfasts are served in the breakfast room or, on sunny mornings, in the courtyard garden or small conservatory. As well as the ‘Full English’ we provide a variety of fare according to availability. 

Your hosts are Jane and John Shoebridge; Jane, a former dress designer, and John, a retired design engineer.
