![]() How to find us at Luton Barn Arriving from the east by the A30 or A35, go into Honiton and down the high street to the traffic lights. Turn right onto the A373, Proceed along this road for approximately 5 miles where, after three sharp bends, you will arrive at the crossroads sign posted Feniton Plymtree Payhembury. Turn left. After three quarters of a mile you will come to Luton. Proceed through the main hamlet and you will find Luton Barn on your left. It is the thatched cottage end on to the road. You will see the peculiar round chimney projecting above the roof. From the M5 the easiest route is to leave the motorway at Cullompton, Junction 28, and take the A373 to Honiton. After approximately 5 miles you will pass through the hamlet of Colliton. Turn right at the crossroads sign posted Feniton Plymtree Payhembury. Turn left. After three quarters of a mile you will come to Luton. Proceed through the main hamlet and you will find Luton Barn on your left. It is the thatched cottage end on to the road. If you choose to stay on the A30 and approach Luton from the south, leave the road from either direction sign posted Feniton Fairmile Fenny Bridges (B3177). From the east take the second turning right signposted Feniton Payhembury and pass immediately under the A30. From the west, leave the A30 at the Feniton exit, turn left and proceed through Feniton and Payhembury to Luton. Luton Barn is the second house on the right. A word of warning about the last route.
